Schedule: Every Thursday from Luxor & Monday from Aswan
Overview:
Le Fayan is a modern Nile cruise boat designed by ElGhoneimi Architects in 2010 and managed by hospitality group Etapes Nouvelles. Together they created a relaxing and meditative experience for you. With a modern sun deck, pool, spacious lounges, bar, gym, spa, outside dining and fine dining restaurant there is plenty to do while cruising.
The 57 spacious rooms enjoy floor to ceiling glass windows overlooking the Nile landscapes. The rooms accommodate single or double occupancy. All the rooms have a seating area of two lounge chairs and a coffee table. Rooms enjoy a dresser and a small desk area, a large flat screen LCD TV with cable channels, WiFi Internet, a fully stocked mini-bar fridge, electronic safe, closets, drawers and room service. The rooms have a modern white marble and wood bathroom with a multi-head shower.
The three unique suites offer the most comfortable journey. They enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Nile landscapes and offer a living area of lounge chairs and dining area. Suites are larger than rooms and enjoy a dresser, desk, large flat screen LCD TV, WiFi, fully stocked mini-bar fridge, electronic safe, closets, drawers and room service. Suites have a modern white marble and wood bathroom with a multi-head shower. Suite 555 is the largest. It has a large dining table, dark blue mosaic shower and jacuzzi.
The fine dining restaurant is a sophisticated dining experience with prix fixed menus, buffet breakfast and an extensive selection of beverages and wines. The eclectic menu includes original Egyptian flavors ensuring there is something to tempt everyone. For special meals the chef invites you up on deck for a breath-taking breakfast with the backdrop of the sunrise or an intimate evening dinner under the stars.
The contemporary lounge and bar are always open, offering the ideal prelude to dining or providing the perfect settings for a sunset drink or an early morning tea. The lounge hosts an Egyptian belly dancer and a local Tanoura performance on certain evenings. Here guests can also find a quiet corner to escape to with a book or enjoy thirst-quenchers with new friends.
Relax by the water or take a dip in the pool on the warm and breezy roof deck or enjoy a drink by the bar or terrace. Open all day round this is where our chef invites you up for a picturesque breakfast with the backdrop of the sunrise or an exclusive evening dinner under the stars.
The gym offers guests an opportunity to get on the elliptical or bicycle with floor to ceiling windows that overlook the ever changing and diverse views of the Nile. The spa offers an introspective and candle-lit space with soothing private massages designed for your relaxation needs.
The ship accepts credit cards plus U.S. $ and Euros.
