Overview:
The Amirat offers a cruise experience like no other on the Nile. It is intended to take you back in time to a gentler, more gracious era on the Nile during your 7 night cruise between Luxor and Aswan.
Facilities include 5 cabins and 2 suites, open air oriental-style Jacuzzi, spacious sundeck and stylish common lounge. All cabin accommodations are full board, and feature private direct-dial telephones, individual climate control, hairdryers, mini-bar, safe deposit boxes, plasma televisions and movie channels. The suites each offer a private terrace.
Daily guided excursions are offered to renowned Egyptian temples, tombs and ruins along the Nile. This small cruise boat combines comfort and beauty in an inspiring way, offering a spectacular opportunity for an extended family or small group to discover the Nile on a private cruise.

8 Day/ 7 Night Luxor to Aswan on Saturday
Day 01: Saturday
Embarkation in Luxor for a relaxing week sailing the Nile on a Luxuriously appointed Dahabeya. After Lunch, Excursion to visit the magnificent temple complex of Amon-Ra at Karnak, with its vast hypostyle hall of 137 columns, followed by the imposing 28th Dynasty Luxor Temple. Dinner. Overnight moored on the Nile Banks of Luxor.

Day 02: Sunday
Breakfast then travel to the West Bank of the Nile for visits to the burial places of Pharaohs the Valley of the Kings - where Howard Carter discovered the tomb of Tutankhamen in 1922. Continue to the adjacent Valley of the Queens, the temple of Medinet Habu and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch while sailing to Esna. Overnight Esna

Day 03: Monday
Breakfast, followed by a leisurely day sailing the Nile. Lunch and Dinner. Overnight moored beside a Nile Island.

Breakfast, sail to Edfu. Visit the temple of Horus. Lunch while continuing to sail upriver. Anchor by an island on the Nile. Dinner.

Breakfast while sailing, enjoying the view of life along the river banks. Lunch and Dinner. Overnight anchored by a Nile Island.

Breakfast while sailing to Kom Ombo. Arriving, visit the temple of two gods and the new Crocodile museum. Lunch and Dinner. Overnight near Aswan

Breakfast then visit the High Dam, the old dam and the Philae Temple. Lunch, Dinner. Overnight Aswan

Embarkation in Aswan for a relaxing week sailing the Nile on a Luxuriously appointed Dahabeya. Lunch and Dinner on board. Overnight, the ship moors on the Nile Banks of Aswan.

Day 02: Sunday
Breakfast, then visit the Aswan High Dam (completed in 1971) and the Old Dam (completed in 1902) plus Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, a structure rescued from the rising waters of Lake Nasser at the time of the High Dam's construction. Lunch while sailing to Kom Ombo. Dinner. Overnight near Kom Ombo.

Day 03: Monday
Breakfast while sailing downriver to Kom Ombo. Visit the temple of two gods. Lunch while continuing to sail downriver. Dinner. Overnight anchored by a Nile Island.

Breakfast then enjoy sailing the day, viewing the life along the river banks. Lunch. Arriving Edfu visit the famous Temple of Horus. Dinner. Overnight anchored by a Nile Island.

Breakfast, sail to Esna, cross the river lock and continue sailing toward Luxor. Overnight anchored along the river bank. Lunch, Dinner.
