8 day/ 7 night Luxor to Luxor
Embarks weekly on Thursday

Day 1: (Thursday) Staff will meet you at your hotel, the airport or train station for transfer to the cruise. Embarkation. Lunch on board. Your afternoon will be free at leisure. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor. (L, D)

Day 2: (Friday) After breakfast, visit the East Bank of Luxor: walk among the colossal temple of Amun Ra and the avenue of the sphinxes between the Karnak and Luxor temples, an experience that you will never forget. Back on board for lunch. In the afternoon, the ship will sail to Edfu via Esna. Dinner and overnight on board. (B, L, D)

Day 3: (Saturday) Discover the huge temple dedicated to the God Horus in Edfu by horse carriage and tour it with your guide. Visit the colorful local bazaars on your way where you can buy your souvenirs. Lunch on board. Sail to Kom Ombo. Dinner and overnight on board. (B, L, D)

Day 4: (Sunday) This day, the boat sails to Aswan. Once in Aswan; you will go off shore for the visits of the gigantic High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and splendid Philae Temple of Isis the mother goddess. Dinner and overnight on board the ship in Aswan. (B, L, D)

Day 5: (Monday) Breakfast on board. Free day at Leisure. Lunch on board. Dinner on board. Evening entertainment. Overnight in Aswan (B, L, D)
Optional excursion to Abu Simbel

Day 6: (Tuesday)  In the early morning, your ship will sail to Kom Ombo, where you will visit the unusual double temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and the god Haroeris. Lunch on board while sailing to  Luxor. (B, L, D)

Day 7: (Wednesday) After breakfast it is time to focus on the West Bank of Luxor: explore the great valleys of the Kings and Queens where generations of Pharaohs and  Nobles were buried in crypts cut into the cliffs and guarded by the two huge Colossi of Memnon. You will then visit the  Temple of Queen Hatshepsut. Enjoy your lunch and afternoon free on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor. (B, L, D)

Day 8: (Thursday) Check out after breakfast. (B)

CRUISES INCLUDE: Outside, Nile view cabins. All cabins have private baths and individual climate control. Meals as noted by B for breakfast, L for lunch and D for dinner. Transfers to/from antiquity sites visited on ship’s itinerary. Entry fees to sites. Services of an English speaking licensed guide unless you prefer a different language (we have guides fluent in most major languages). Evening entertainment per the ship's program (check with boat's reception desk for program schedule). Port fees, service charges and taxes.

NOT INCLUDED: Anything prior to embarkation or after disembarkation. Items of a personal nature such as tips, laundry, telephone, beverages of any nature at any time, anything not specifically mentioned as included.
